Hey Mark, You are right that this is a very clean unit but as Jeff stated above you're asking too much for a model that is not highly desired. FWC's sell really fast when priced right. The Grandby (8') models are slow to sell due to needing a longed truck. You have one thats even longer. If this was a Hawk (the best selling model) I would price this around $15/16 for a 2011. Good luck trying to sell you're camper
