Nice looking tire carrier. Can you post a picture facing the rear with the tire secured? How do you secure it in the up position?

Your making some nice improvements. I'll check back on your rear bumper build I'm wanting to do a custom rear bumper on my 87 Toyota Sunrader 4x4. I'm adding 2 locking aluminess storage boxes.

I will post pics soon of how it is locked in the upright position. It is basically secured with a pin that goes into the bumper.

A guy named Michael is doing the welding and bending for me. I wish I had the skills to do it myself. He works on the side, from his home here in the Seattle area. He does great work and it is very reasonable. If anyone needs some fab work around Seattle let me know and I will get you in touch.

Here is the start of the front step/sliders

Also added a solar panel mount attached to the roof rack. It is cantilevered as we want to have as few roof penetrations as possible.

Also, here is another picture of the new shock mounts. The brake line will probably end up getting relocated slightly.
