So I have had my eye on some FJ mirrors for awhile now, but hadn't seen a decent write up of how to actually do it. So I just went for it. Made template using the FJ mirror and drilled out the corners of the main hole and cut it out with a grinder. Then drilled pilot holes for my step bit. Drilled them to the size I needed and primered the opening.

Next I cut some tabs and primered them for the back side to accommodate the weight of the bigger mirrors.

I bought some fog lights off ebay with halos to replace the factory lights. Wiring it to light up the halos with the parking lights, and fogs will be on switch.
