we purchased this rig while we were harvest hosting in Washington this summer with intention of using it as a rental rig down in Loretto MX where we keep our boat.(hence all the maintenance done)
My Mexican employment was canceled for this season and so we have not been back to MX since May and not sure when we will even get back to our boat.
we purchased a 40’ motorcoach and so we are selling this and our born free(I’d make a combo deal for both my rigs)
i drive it around for fun to Keep fluids and batteries happy. Maybe 1000miles I’ve put on it.

C6 automatic transmission
Parts new this summer getting ready for Baja:
New water pump, thermostat, all hoses, all belts, fan clutch, oil changed, brake master cylinder and flush,front shocks.
New thermocoupler on water heater
New upgraded chipboard on furnace
Fridge is clean and works on 12v,120v,propane
Air con works from engine.
The couch pulls out into a bed as well as cab over expands from queen to king.
Two different tables (behind drives seat)
Have the original bathroom door in pristine shape but is highly inconvenient.
Tires are good
dual max fans
Things to note: 38 years old
Roof had moisture around the factory vents and had delaminated. ( removed damaged roofing ply and replaced with marine ply)
I have videos if interested
p.s. the factory carpet is like brand new, I’m not sure has ever been walked on, the entire rig has a heavy duty carpet cover. Okanagan is not stored outside in the rain for a few months and shows no water intrusions
