Depending on the date of manufacture,
this 1985 model may already be eligible
for import to USA, since it could be 25 years
old. Just a thought.

I don't know much of the G-wagon market - but isn't that price a little steep for that old of a rig especially in these economic times? Perhaps it's a $20K rig priced accordingly, but these things seem to priced like the Defenders - whatever the market (buyer) will bare.

Ummm, Defenders still make these G wagens look like a bargain. Defenders are crazy off the planet pricing, just look here:
$40,000 for a right hand drive Defender, give me a break! The cost of one of these in the UK is $6000 - $9000. Lets say add $5000 for shipping and inspections ect.. and you are still under $15000 for sure.

and just gets more laughable:

I think the list price on this was about the same when it was new, its 13 years old now and still $58,000 ????

I know there is slight age and some cases are restored but consider a 02 G500 is less than $25,000 and you could swap a diesel in there for well under $10,000 it blows my mind what people are asking for Defenders.
