Very nice... if you're thinking about upgrading the axles, check out www.govliquidation.com thats where i bought my m1008 and stole the axles out of it for mine when I finally start on my build. d60 front, 14bolt rear with 4.56's and a detroit. cost me $1385 for the truck and a day to go get it, parted out what i didnt need and only cost me about $400 for the axles and hydro boost after selling the rest. Nice scout too, gotta love the old rigs!!

Single or dual batteries?
If dual, aftermarket or OE wiring?

If dual OE wiring, remove one of the batteries and try it again.

Both of my Sub's did this with the dual OE wiring. As best as I could deduce the problem is in the grounding points not being the same exact spot. Going to using a marine battery bank switch on the ground side forced them to ground at the same location and cured the problem while also allowing me to turn either battery off.

its a single battery system. i want dual batteries. i think the fog lights and battery lose is connected. i think i have a cut wire somewhere. im gonna redo my lighting with a aux fuse block and relays. im just gonna start over also need to replace my altenator cause its only around 13 volts. i just replaced the battery. fun fun
