Selling my Truck and Camper. Ideally I would sell these two as a unit to someone who is looking for bomb proof camping rig worthy of taking on a zombie apocalypse. However, for the right deal I am willing to sell these separately.
The Truck:
1st Gen Cummins.
Great work or play truck with plenty of life left in it.
Everything works - the a/c even blows cold. Many parts have been replaced in the past few. It has never been turned up or “hot rodded.” The title is clean and in my name.
8’ flatbed w/weather guard boxes. Has frame mounted hitch as well as a ball hitch with cover in the bed.
The good:
-12 Valve Cummins Mechanical Turbo-Diesel engine
-Tires are 2 years old with very little wear
-Diamond Eye exhaust with straight - thru muffler. So the turbo can breathe
-newer weatherguard aluminum tool boxes with keys and locks
-A/C works
-Cruise Control
-2” leveling kit
-Red Head steering box
-Rebuilt front end (axle seals, bearings, u-joints the whole 9....)
The bad
-interior shows its age
-flat bed is alittle dented downward in the rear passenger corner
-typical poor dodge paint
-It leaks some oil
The Camper:
S-250 Converted truck camper.
This is a pretty cool little unit. It is an s-250 military communications shelter that has been converted into camper. This thing is literally bomb proof. Super rugged Aluminum outer and inner shell construction. These things are made strong enough to get parachuted out of planes. It is a simple, compact unit, it has a bed that folds up and exposing a little table perfect for dining or cards. It has a propane stove to cook on. I have a Dickinson Marine wood burning stove that can easily be removed for the summer months when you want more storage. Both side windows fold out so you can be closer to nature. The lights and electrical are supplied by a solar panel on the roof that charges a deep cycle marine battery.
