Before me, this was an Electricians work van, had the racks and such. I bought it in that condition around 2019. Since then, it has been built into a sweet camper van and it's ready for its next owner to take it to the next level.

5.3 V8 Automatic
Full suspension rebuild, HD
Cop/First Responder Brakes
Undercarriage stripped and repainted with POR-15 front to back
Other various new parts thrown at the drivetrain and steering, etc. It's all documented.
Exterior is finished in Raptor Liner Black. Has about 4 coats. Very tough stuff. Have extra leftover to go with.
Roof rack custom-built almost completely aluminum, topped with Spanish Cedar and mounts for a cargo box, rack and HW are finished in High Gloss Black, with Raptor Liner having a matte look.
Interior is fully insulated, 3M Thinsulate in the walls, RTECH Foam in the floor and ceiling. It stays warm even on the Rim in frigid temps.
The rest of the interior is finished in aromatic cedar.
Built out for a FULL size mattress, but can convert to TWIN if preferred.
Custom built cabinet storage (Not finished)
Custom speaker box mounted on ceiling for Van stereo. Kenwood Excelon deck, Rockford Fosgate Speakers, (2x) 4x6 and (2x) 6x9. One speaker is blown and needs replaced. Front Driver 4x6. Still sounds good with that one off.
Backup camera powered by in house solar. Renogy Charge controller and Renogy AGM batteries. 2x 100 watt panels, 2x 100 ah batteries
Included is:
ICECO Fridge which wires into 12v
Rear Hitch Mount Cargo Basket
ARB TOURING Awning in Black housing (mounted Passenger side)
ALSO INCLUDED is Awning Room Addition - slight tear in the strip that slides into track, ARB can issue a replacement, currently still works
Does have Crack in windshield, and leaks slightly through doors even with the new rubberstrip, my plan has been to add additional seal where needed. HVAC needs new control unit installed (have part). AC needs a recharge. Recently got a new heater core installed.
Seats in front swivel around. Has new seatbelts in black, it's missing the doghouse cover (dash portion) got lost. I've been using a road case and a wood frame mounted and strapped, throw a blanket on top, and you've got yourself a center console, WITH a ton of storage. Drink Holders are Stainless Steel boating style.
CB Mounted, needs tuning.
