1995 E350 Extended Van Overland Build Project

I have decided to sell my project. Currently, I would like to sell it as a whole. If and when I decide to sell the parts individually, I will update this ad. Until then please do not inquire about individual pieces. Thankyou.
Basics: 1995 E350 7.3L Diesel 144,000 miles, fiberglass high top with built cabinets in ceiling...
History: 2020 Picked up van from TN. Van ran and drove great. Immediately drove it 4 hours home. Van developed a no start when hot. Ended up losing rear seal on HPOP and having a fuel bowl leak.
Develops into full blown project: I wanted a fully updated and mechanically sorted vehicle to go anywhere with as limited mechanical liability as possible. (Not looking to debate drivetrain choices.) Most of the prep work has been done and the project was ready for welding and assembly when life happened and I was hit head on in a car accident. 2 years late I am no longer in a place I want to tackle this project. So I am listing it, that is the only reason for selling.
Body interior and associated mods:
Frame has been fully chassis saver coated.
1" body lift(this is huge for maitnenance and helps some with heat management of the 7.3L). Bushings are in great shape. Previous and first owner kept the van in Atlanta, Ga for its life.
Van floor has been sanded, primed and coated x2 in valspar anti rust
Doors have new cables and metal ends (common headache)
Custom windows and pop out stock windows all around
Smittybilt Swing RC Rear Bumper and Tire Carrier with Jerry can Tray (1000$) Bumper is designed for JK Jeep but with some trimming to body lines and fab work on mounting will fit van no issue.
Front bumper from 2017 F250 (450$) Should improve air flow into motor and with frame reinforcemment bumper bracket (think UJOINT bolt on style) will bolt right up with a little work. (seriousle 4 of the 8 mounting holes line up as is)
Engine Doghouse has Foam and sound deadening already applied
Floor and walls and doors have kilmat applied
3 Sienna seats 1500-2500
2 Ford Econoline seat swivels with universal seat brackets and sliders 550$
Industrial Cargo Ease Bed Slide that will hold 1200lbs (there heritage model) The top is made of plywood so it can be cut down to the size desired and frame is steel and can be modified as needed but will fit the van as is $1386

Engine:
7.3L No major known issues everything has looked great!
CNC Fab stage 1 HPOP installed $579, CNC FAB hpop lines with crossover 225$, ALLIANT 160/0CC injectors 2550$, rebuilt IPR, melling LPOP 158$, Gates water pump and new neck 150$,
FUEL - CNC FAB 4 Line feed Fuel kit (fuel bowl delete) 400$, Air Dog 2 5G 860$ (wires into factory wiring and has regulated return, pump, air water seperator etc all in one unit and lifetime warranty), simple setup that runs 1 line of fuel straight from pump to motor), fuel tank cut and modded for 4wd with hutch mod and sump 250$ for full fill ups and a sump with drain and catch to save on fuel pump life. The tank inside is perfect with no delamination issues etc. that can ruin pumps and motors..
Turbo - Stainless baffeld up pipes 130$, Turbo fully rebuilt with KC turbos s300 Turbine/billet wheel balanced assembly 450$, 1.0AR housing for lil faster spool 100$, Dieselsite Turbo blanket 150$ and titanium wrap for up pipes and down pipe for heat control, new intake boots
Exhaust Full 4inch Diamond eye 7.3 Van system 1000$ if you can find it now?!
e450 v10 KN intake 410$ (kit bolts right into van and easily adapts to turbo inlet
PHP Hydra Tuner and Jellibuilt tunes for setup and 160cc injectors 650$
EDGE engine monitor cts3 500$ with sensor harness to keep an eye on EGT etc..
Computer has been sent into diesel tech chattanooga and fully updated and tested 45$
Coolant filter, all new AC parts, all new coolant hoses, new vacuum pump, new oil cooler gaskets (has not been done yet)
Transmission:
A1 Stage 1 4wd e40D and billet triple disc converter https://www.a1transga.com/product/e4od-f-250-f-350/ 5800$ one of the best trannys you can buy. Met Chris personally and picked the unit up from his shop.
Mishimoto trans cooler 400$
NV271 Tcase <75k miles painted in anti rust paint
Trans crossmember modded for 4wd trans with brackets from timberline 75$
Suspension / 4WD Conversion
MG metal works COIL Conversion: great turning radius, ride, and nearly exact same setup as modern f250s (suspension not hung from fram crumble zone either) 2250$ all brackets primed and painted, all required nuts and bolts purchased from mcmaster $200
2012 F250 Axle <100k miles, from non wrecked truck, 4.30 gears with elocker (will include instructions and necessary relay to wire it up) currently perches have been trimmed to be rewelded on for van$1200
2015 f250 axle <100k miles, also non wrecked truck, 4.30 gears, fully rebuilt, new timken wheel bearings 450$, balljoints 230$, seals, dana ujoints 100$, everything is new to ensure smooth and safe driving. all parts were mevotech ttx for balljoints and installed per mfg. axle also painted in anti rust paint. This axle has larger balljoints and ujoints and knuckles than earlier year models.
fox 2.0 shocks 600$ and bilstein 5100 steering stabilizer by superlift 430$
Full braided brakelines front and rear 150$

Reality: The van is on stands. 90% of this is not installed but ready to be. Everything not listed as used is brand new and in boxes. I am happy to discuss the build and how and whys if you are serious. All of it has been carefully selected for a comprehensive build from talking with the best companies and ford guys in the business that should work very well together (37inch tires, 4.30 gearing, final drive ratio of the e40d, Brian jellich tunes, the rpm range of the 7.3 with the 1.0 housing and balanced turbo assembly...) Its a spectacular build list and an immense amount of research and time has gone into the project. I am sure I have not listed everything but the majority of what I have. I will update with photos soon.
