~213k, factory locked, no CEL & passed emissions in Phoenix last May. ARB front bumper, Slee sliders, Iron Pig skids, unsure on the rear bumper but it's beefy w/swingout. It also has a very nice Slee lift - previous owner told me it was 4", but it has the massive arms that come with the 6" lift so it might be a 6".
I took it down to Baja over Christmas and put 1560 miles on it. The only issue I had was one day where the starter went 'click' and then started on a subsequent attempt. May need starter contacts rebuilt? It hasn't done it since then, though.
I have all five OEM wheels (with rock rash/etc) and four aftermarket wheels installed on the truck. There's four 315/75R16 BFG AT's with some life left, and two others (IIRC Kumho) on factory wheels for spares (one's on the roof and one's on the swingout).
I'm adding a quart of oil every 1000-ish miles. I replaced the water pump (OEM Toyota and OEM belts, AC belt is brand new as well but not OE, I think Goodyear). I have a new t-stat and gasket but haven't installed them yet. I have a brand new OEM shift boot (not installed) and a lock motor for the left rear door (has to be locked/unlocked manually). I also have a pair of front brake rotors and 100-series pads. Rear brakes were done a few thousand miles ago (both rotors, pads, and one caliper).
I only have one key/fob. Keyless entry works (I extended the antenna to get a little better range). The light is a 15k lumen 28" off eBay - I have had it in lots of weather/dirt and it's held up famously. Battery is new, hood struts are new. Stereo (Infinity double din with backup camera, subwoofer, etc) sounds great but has a buzz sometimes, like a speaker or two might be on the edge (or something in the door is rattling).
I also have a Warn M1200 that just goes 'click' - haven't played with it yet to diagnose/repair, but I can throw that in as well.
