I am at a crossroads with my 97 Venturcraft trailer and considering letting it go. I love it, but it's a bit too small for our typical family camping outings and do not use it as much as I want.
Extremely rare and hard to find.
It is pretty good shape for it's age, but needs a few things fixed. Tent is in decent shape but has a few small patched holes in the canvas, and a couple of holes in the vestibule screen.
Titled w/ CA permanent trailer plates
Everything works but there are a couple cracks in the aluminum tent frame that will need to be repaired. I recently took it on a trip to Death Valley where the aluminum frame that goes around the perimeter of the tub developed a couple of cracks. I was quoted $150-$300 by a couple different welding shops to fix it.
Sometime on this trip the wiring to one of the taillights was pulled on and broke the connection. I have purchased LED lights and will be replacing the lights and all of wiring including the 4-pin trailer connector prior to sale.
Nearly new 31x10.5x15 tires and a spare that fits in the tub.
Rear stabilizer bars for leveling.
Trailer tongue jack
1000 lb. capacity Dexter TorFlex axle.
Queen size bed.
6 screened windows.
Full size screen door and canvas outer door.
Front rock guard.
Aluminum-reinforced fiberglass tub construction.
Stand-up dressing room.
Fiberglass hard top with storage rack
Access to cargo storage from both inside of tent and outside.
