This was a very special build that took a long time in acquiring the parts we needed - we wanted essentially a brand new rig, mechanically speaking.

The engine, transmission, axles, transfer case and suspension components have right at 15,700 miles on them.

Method HD Series wheels on BFG K02 35’s that are less than 4,000 miles old

The top has been cut and raised 10” as well as a custom fabricated cab over for extra storage or another sleeping area. Interior height is now roughly 6’6. The interior is completely stripped and ready for someone to make it their own.

The ambulance box just got sprayed the original Ford E-Series white to match the cab. The body shop didn’t do a good job of blending the corners of the roof raise so the body work is certainly sub-par. I have an extra set of front seats with swivels, an 08+ front end conversion kit and some other miscellaneous parts that can come with the ambulance if you want.

Located in Owensboro, KY - will help assist with shipping or picking up at the airport.

$35,000 / Possible Trade with Cash

(The van is parked on a reasonable steep driveway in the photo’s that’s why it looks squatted)

Is this dually wheels in the back or converted to "Super single" wheels?
Also do you have photos of the inside condition other that the view above with the top removed?

What's the current curb weight and total GVWR? Do you mean it's parked on an angle and the ambulance body is squatting to maintain level inside? Some underside shots of the running gear, suspension, and the conversion would be appreciated.

Cool rig. In the photos there appears to be quite a distance between the outside of the rear wheel and the ambulance box/fender. Did you put a different box on the chassis?
Looks super sketchy for rollovers with the narrow track rear end and tall/wide body.
