1998 mitsubishi montero remote key less entry

My used Montero just came with single key, I was wondering do they come with remote key less entry? if so have you purchased replacement part , and how difficult is to reprogram it?

I see they can be bought on ebay for $20 or less.

I've bought an ebay replacement part #RMC-105 before and it's super easy to program. You can also search for the oem remote id GOH-M24 on ebay.

just quick update:

I ordered the remote and was able to program it, however when I hit unlock from remote , door unlocks and immediately locks back in.

what is going on?

The switch inside the door that senses the tumbler orientation is broken, I believe there are a few threads here on fixing them.

Door lock solenoid in driver door. While they can be fixed (completed it on my own car and a buddy's) given the time to split the case and find a material to sub it is almost easier to find a montero at local salvage yard and pull one as an extra. IMO
