Ready for some wiring fun.
Here is the before, even before I wire in two more lights
And then I dropped a little coin at the boat store Now to find time to get this done.

Looks good. I wish I had the fabrication skill and equipment you do. Right now my 02 CTD is getting a front end reworking. Developed death wobble and rather than chase it I'm just going to replace the linkage, track bar, control arms and steering stabilizer. Good luck, great truck!!

Well today I got the dual jerry carrier all done. Just needs paint. The latch is a little goofy, but it will work for now


And the arm that will attach to my hinge. Now for some grinding to let it match up with my 1.75 dom I used for the hinge

Got started on my rear bumper today. Found some scrap 2x6" .120 wall tube that will work great. Got it all cut down and I notched the end for a nice look. Here is the before and after. Hope to work in the mounts tomorrow



What do you all think? Hope to have it done in time for Overland Rally NW

Got the rear bumper off. Now to get my mounts done and figure out how I'm going to mount my liscence plate. Anyone have a link to the bolts w/ imbedded LED's?

Think it's going on the center bar of my future brush guard. Not as beefy as a full bumper, but it will help, hopefully. Got a little too close to a small heard of black cattle in open range country last time I was in Utah

Great, ordered the wrong wiring harness for my light bar and my right side caliper is going out. Pulling hard to the driver side under hard braking. Time to order some parts

Got some sound deadening done in the doors, now to pull the interior so I can get some more in the floor before the big trip.
