Got the spare tire lowering device sorted out.

Biggest surprise: It works!

And the spare can rack is now fabbed and installed

This rack will sport 3 H20 cans. There is an aux fuel tank being built at the moment which will combine with the main fuel tank to provide somewhere between 90-100 gallons of fuel, so extra fuel is not as important as the drinkin' stuff

Are you keeping up with it over on the build thread?

Added floor mats!!!!!!!!!!
And an Aux Fuel fill port
Repositioned the antenna higher
Added another fuel vent system
Washed the thing...first time this year I think
Added some more decals...including the name "Square-D"

Got busy prior to Christmas with everything holiday...Then ran into a problem with the engine. It's a freshly built motor set to make around 600 HP and 1300 or so torque, but it blows heavy white smoke out when trying to run. Fuel pressure is all ganked up and I got so frustrated with it I tossed in the wrenches for a cool-down period.

I'll be getting back on it now that the retailer/Christmas season is passing into the rear view mirror.

Love this build! I'm working my way thru your other website, very informative. BTW, did you ever pop in to FOB Hotel in your Little Bird in 2006? I was there JAN2005-2006. If so, I think we've met.
