Dang, Zidaro. You have and have had some cool Toyota pass through your garage. The red 4runner looked mint in the first few photos of your build. It looks great now too, with some trail love on it.

It's been awhile since I posted some shots of my 84. I apologize if this doesn't work because I have not used dropbox to post on a forum before. These are from Moab in May. I tried inserting the images, but I guess dropbox is old school and only allows links. sorry.

Nice truck. Looks like you had a fun adventure.
Last weekend, a couple friends from work and I packed up for an epic 3 day backpacking trip to Athelney Pass. It's a 2hr drive NW of Pemberton, BC, Canada on the Lillooet Forest Service Road. After 45.5km's following that FSR we had to take several branch roads through restricted forestry claims. This was the view behind us before we reached the end.

Looks great Toyo! Nice air man. Wish I could have made it out there. Was still coming down from Mt Whitney. Hope you had a blast, I bet the weather was amazing.

Posted this in my build thread but figured Id throw a pic in here also.

Just picked this big guy up today. Gonna take the bodylift off of it, but its a nice truck overall.

it was the most fun i have ever had at pismo and i go there alot but mainly on my quad.

This was my first 4runner. 3.slo automatic. Even with 33s and 529s it was a dog

This my 87'. Bought it from a friend who was the original owner. Slowly doing a resto/mod.
Just got back from the Rubicon...with body damage. I had to do it before it gets repainted.

This is the drawer/sleeping platform I built for the back. I carpeted the top with matching maroon auto carpet.

This it while I was building it. I used full extention 500# slides and S.S. paddle latches.

This 1KZ-te turbo deisel took me two years to transplant. What a great powerplant! to bad we didn't get them here in the U.S.

I built a triple stick shifter for my dual t-cases. Still needs some tweeking.
