The cheapest shipping option was/is $38.00US with UPS but Custom Splice doesn't tell (they know) you about the additional fees that UPS charges. In my case UPS wanted $19.00US over top of what USPS / FEDEX / PUROLATOR charges. That's $57US (excluding taxes) to ship a $60 item.
