2-person folding bench seats

Hi guys,

thought i would post a question in here about seats for my E-350 van build. i am looking for seats similar to the 36" wide 2 person 2nd row sprinter seats that fold forward. My concept is a bed that partially folds so that the passenger seats can be used but when not in use they fold forward similar to these sequoia seats so that the bed platform will fold over the seats that are now flat. the seats would need to have integrated shoulder harnesses and headrests would be nice. Any thought would be greatly appreciated as i thought sprinter van seats folded foward like this but after doing some research i dont think they do.

Third row Tahoe seats have been used before... Can't remember the user name of this guys's set up but I know that Jsweezy has also done this

Most seats from Minivans or SUVs fold like that. Astro vans had a two people bench that maybe easy to fit. You can get bases to adapt the Sienna captain chairs to do what you want.

I did what you want to do with a second row three people seat from a Tahoe adapting them to the E350 van frame. I didn't want the bed platform too low, that's why I didn't just bolted the seats.

I'm working on the same setup you mentioned. The Tahoe seats MG posted above are about the only solution I have found that have headrests, integrated seat belts, etc. There is a guy on eBay who sell universal mounts for the Tahoe seats. I have his mounts welded to some bar stock that I need to figure out how to mount to the floor. The seats are pretty low on the floor currently, but fit under my bed platform when folded flat. I will likely be raising the seats another 2-3" for passenger comfort, but then I will need to raise my bed platform as well. I'm hoping to get mine finished next month, but lmk if you need some measurements or mock up pics. I was originally thinking a folding bed that would go over the seats, but now I'm thinking about cabinets on both sides that would be a bed support for a queen size mattress and then Ikea bed slats that I'm hoping I can slide forward/back as needed to support the center of the mattress. Similar to this, but I'm thinking cabinets on both sides and narrower slats:
