This is a great bike that is in fantastic condition. I have ridden alongside this bike for about 15,000 of the 42,000 miles. Whoever purchases this bike will be getting a great deal.

I know it has ABS, not sure about the electric brake booster. Adub100 should be back on the forum to answer your question this evening.
