The truck is officially for sale. It would make a great family 4x4 or serious expedition platform. It's not just your average "bolt a lot of crap on build." A lot of maintenance and restoration work into the truck in the last year.

Back story:

I've owned this truck since April of 2013 at 168,000 miles. I'm the third owner. The first owner kept it from new until 147,500 miles in Sacramento. Then, he gave it to his nephew in Los Angeles who is an actor. He had it for 2 years then sold it to me.

I owned a mint condition Silver 2000 Land Cruiser with 80,000 miles before this one that my insurance company totalled after a small run in with BlueCruiser. I let it go because it was rusty underneath from it's previous life in PA. I swapped all my mods from that truck onto this truck, including almost the entire interior.

The Slee bumper was added after the accident. I ordered all the parts to do the 2007 front end retrofit to repair the silver truck before Geico totalled it. So I installed the 2007 grill, headlights, etc on this white truck instead.

Action Shots: This is not a mall cruiser or garage queen. It's used for its intended purpose and would make a great expo rig. This truck has done Devils Race Track in San Rafael Swell, Panamint Valley, Death Valley, Poison Spider and Hell's Revenge in Moab, Red Mountain trails in the central Sierras, and is daily driver.

Dumb question....

Sorry to dump this here but....
what's the rule of thumb for determining whether or not a Land Cruiser has a solid front axle or not?

At least you knew before you asked, takes all of 4 seconds to Google "land cruiser solid axle year", better yet try the Toyota section of the forum....

Great looking truck. Good to see another handy on the west side. And jealous of a few of those parts.

Oh, where did you source your LED dash light? The ones I found ended up not fitting.
thanks

Superbrightleds. Search on mud. I posted it somewhere but can't find it at the moment. I'll post up some night time pictures. It looks great without the expensive liability of the lexus gauge cluster.

Thanks for the compliments guys. It's definitely been a ton of work and I'll miss it tremendously.

Bump for adding more new pictures than anyone would want to see.
