Hi Brett, any updates on the inspection? Did this Monty get sold already?

Hi Folks - Inspection when great and I am still working with the individual (I was camping a few days last week and out of pocket). I do hope to have a better update later today now that I am back.
Related to the inspection - couple of comments:
Suggestion that there could be need for bushings in the near future as they are "soft".
One issue to note that I failed to mention was the passenger front door lock gets "sticky" and sometimes doesn't stay in the up position after unlocking it.
Slight cupping of tires suggest that maybe another alignment is in order.
I think that was it for new disclosures, nothing too material in my mind but wanted to update this for the group!
