Sadly, the time has come to sell my XL. We're just not using it enough and I would like to see it go to a new owner who will put her to good use. This is my second Tiger (first was an '87 GT), and is the first and only one I've seen with this layout. The U-shaped couch / bed layout appears to have come straight from Provan and was not an after market modification. Originally there was a standing wardrobe / closed in the location where I have installed a small kitchenette.
Details as follows:
2000 Provan Tiger XL AWD (Chevy platform)
Location - Fort Collins, CO
Mileage - 71,088
Price: $27,500
Condition - mechanical condition is excellent. I've had all regular maintenance completed and have never had a single mechanical problem with this Tiger in the few years I've owned it. Would drive anywhere. Exterior - the camper body paint is faded and the rubber trim has shrunk a bit from the sun. However, there are zero leaks. There is some light hail damage on the hood. The roof is coated in 3-layers of elastomeric roof sealant and all penetrations have had all old sealant removed and replaced.
Interior / Camper
U-shaped rear couch converts to queen size bed and full cab-over bed
Both captain and passenger seats swivel.
Flooring - wood look vinyl sheet flooring with cork underlayment.
Ceiling - 5mm Birch plywood with 3 coats of polyurethane.
Lighting - 4 LED puck lights, one original light from Provan, under cabinet LED light strip.
Kitchen - sink with hand pump and removable 5 gallon fresh and grey tanks. Edgestar 43Qt 12v fridge / freezer.
Deep cycle RV battery wired with heavy gauge to alternator relay (with shut off). Solar - 100W Renogy panel with Renogy Wanderer charge controller. Also have an additional 100W panel I will include that I never got around to installing.
Heat - Espar gas fired furnace with thermostat. This is connected directly to the fuel tank. This heater has been amazing. Has functioned flawlessly, even at altitudes in excess of 11,000'. Has kept us toasty in temps as low as -15.
Cooling - Fantastic vent fan above cab over bed. RV air conditioner. I've only used this while working on the Tiger in extreme summer heat in my driveway. If shore power is available it will cool interior to reasonable temps on crazy hot days (100F+)
Please call, email or text with any questions.
Thanks!
Mike
