After alot of working I was able to make the filler piece (under Grille) to match fender flares to bumper out front.

how is the underside? Rust? What type of maintanence has been done?

Those flares and front filler panel look great, but wouldn't it have been easier to build a custom bumper to meet up to the flares?

The "old" van is nice, too. Wish I had the cash.

Wow guys..i am sorry i thought i would get an e-mail when someone respons to the post.. But the flare are bushwacker f250-350 for 99-200? First superdutys. As you can see their was a "little" trimming to get them to fit right, and the front cover to make it look right. Dad wanted to keep a "stock looking" van thats why he cut the bumper to fit. I made the filler part with foam and fiberglass about 25-30 hrs of work in to it. The hood is just stock with a cut up toreno hood scoop in place and a shaven ford emblem. Yes its air ride 14" of travel up and down (low enough to get in regular garage door) 42's on 20" rims. If you can believe it started as a panel with a v6 now monster with a v10.. So i take it you all want a build thread?
