The good:
I have owned since 2002 at 9,900miles
Very low mileage for a 2001 model year
No accidents actual or reported
Interior in excellent shape (no holes ever drilled in the plastic, no cracking of dash)
Leather is in excellent shape only slight wear to driver seat finish on one edge
Extensive records
Maintained with the intent to own for a long time
90% garage kept (paint is in very good condition and still shines)
Always a California vehicle with no road salt exposure
No reliability issues, I’d drive to the Mojave desert with no concerns

The bad:
Tires are old but not cracking with lots useable tread
4 wheels have rock rash
Front passenger A panel has a dent
Front passenger has a deep scratch
Pinstripping on all side panels
Front bumper has scratches down low
Muffler or pipe post muffler is rusting out internally and sounds bad (new cat-back <$400)
Catalytic converter does not have CARB number so not all SMOG shops will pass visual insp (actual emissions test has always been fine)
Speedometer calibration module for larger tires failed at 35k miles so actual mileage is 57,000miles while odometer reads 54,154mi. Speedometer is low by exactly 10%. I mainly use the GPS or did the 10% correction to the speedometer in my head.
Adapter to attach spare tire to swing arm is bent but can be replaced for $50

Parts:
Spare serpentine belt
OEM plastic rear bumper
OEM receiver hitch
Full set of used Bilstein shocks
Addco rear swaybay (stiffer than stock)
OEM control arms and coils
Cabin air filter
