What are the mattress dimensions for the main bed in this? Is there room to sleep two kids and a dog on the hard floor section?

The upper mattress is a queen (60x80x5). We have had two cots in the hard floor area or 3 kids in sleeping pads and bags. If we are staying for a while, we put up the ensuite and someone sleeps there on a cot. Pic of ensuite and hard floor area. I have seen a cot bunk bed that also works.
