After much back and forth with my wife, I have come to the conclusion that I do too much dreaming about getting out in these trucks, and too little actually being able to get out and enjoy them. As you know rovers like to be driven and I am only one man with four trucks!

So, we have come to the conclusion that we are selling the DII and the Classic and keeping the DI and the LR3.

Long story short- purchased in November with 73, 800 miles on it- always a Nevada truck until Nashville. Drove it for 200 miles and it dropped a cylinder sleeve- Thanks God for an extended warranty, as they put a brand new 4.6 in the truck and it only cost me the $500 deductible.
I have driven it 200 miles since the new motor which was installed in December. It drives fantastic - only I enjoy the 5 speed DI much better.
There is a one year warranty on the 4.6 from Land Rover North America through December 2011. The Motor was installed by Land Rover Nashville.

The truck is white/tan and the interior is virtually flawless cept a little bit of rash on the passenger airbag cover - which I have a replacement cover yet installed which will go with the truck.
It is a Trail Edition Badge Truck
The truck has 4 brand new Pirelli snow/ice all terrain tires.

Price for the truck BONE STOCK as shown in first picture: $15,500.00

If someone wanted the parts I have started to accumulate to turn it into an expedition truck, they can have those items at my cost.
Which include:
Safety Devices roof rack $800.00
Safety Devices Light Protection bar for roof rack $250.00
Rear Ladder $100.00
Steel DII Wheels with lug nuts and LR coverlays $550.00
(for 5 wheels/4 coverlays and lug nut sets)
Rear Dog Guard $150.00 (needs mounting kit)

Let me know if you know someone that wants a killer truck that is in fantastic shape and has a 200 mile BRAND NEW 4.6 installed.

Here are pics: NOTE: It will not include the front four hellas, the rear work light or the rear tire cover! I will not sell the truck for $15,500 with all the parts included, so let's save everyone some time on that question.

Thanks

don't get your breeches in a bundle, i made no suggestion of a potential trade... assuming that was your inference. :ylsmoke:

however, i will look forward to your sales pitch where the classic is concerned.

is the front windscreen heated? is it still on air suspension in the rear? how are/were the lights wired? ie. will the wires and switches etc be left in place or what?

David:
The overhead 4000's and rear work light are not included or wired (I guess they could be included for a price- and not trying to be a wise guy- just saying).
I had not started down the build path on this yet.
The front lamps are included on the brush bar and are part of the "TRAIL" package with this truck and were factory wired to a #2 lamp switch in the truck.
They stay with the truck and I have a set of grills that can go on them, but did not come on them.

Please notice back in the first post that the roof rack, steel wheels, and rear ladder are not included with the truck but could be for the price I have in to the items.

Thanks
Dendy

Ha! You may need to attend the same meetings of LRAA that I should!!
The Classic may not make it to the boards for sale as word leaked out that it might go up, and I am already fielding offers!

Thanks! Get out and enjoy the trucks!

I also forgot that an OEM trailer wiring harness is also included (not installed) but in the back of the truck.

You know, Dendy, seems you're able to move product quite a bit faster than Mr. Knepp. Two trucks in less than a week?!? :Wow1:

Congrats!
