2004 Mercedes T1N Inline 5 diesel, 320K miles, 2wd, Located In Central Florida, $55k or best offer.

To start this sprinter was owned it's entire life by Baker Mercedes in South Carolina as a parts runner, It was bought by one of the Mechanics when they retired it, I have screen shots of the CarFax showing the history of services since new. It does have high mileage depending on who you ask, some people think the best T1Ns are higher mileage since more stuff has been replaced and everything on this van has been replaced with OEM from the dealer. Everything I have replaced has been bought from europarts-sd/MMS/IDPARTs/or the dealer.

I have done everything to this van, I am a woodworker/home remodeler so a lot of the building was normal working other than not being square and tight fitting. I spent a lot of time thinking of the design on this van. It's a serious challenge to incorporate usefulness, ease of maintenance, and comfortability and to make it look really nice! But I feel like I did a pretty good job on this van.

I'll Start with the Build Specs

Electrical:
-2 Valence Lithium Batteries 276ah of power
-2 200w solar panels
-Victron MPPT 50amp Charge Controller
-Victron BMV 712 Monitor
-Giandel 1200w Continuous 2400w Peak Inverter
-Blue Sea Fuse Box

I went really heavy on the electrical because I know how dangerous it can be and how in the future you may want to expand it. All the wire I used was anchor marine wire and everything I wired is over gauged by a decent amount. I left some wire longer since its gauged up for future changing. I also left everything visible and easily accessible, I did not want to have the normal build where It looks pretty with all the controllers but underneath is a rats nest of wires. I would much rather be able to see and know from a look if anything is loose or not normal.

Water:
-30 Gallon Class A customs tank
-shurflo 3.0 GPM pump
-WaterFixer Company Model 1000 2 Stage Filter and UV chamber. Very legit Filtration System, It's built for boats to filter lake water into drinking water! I also have 2 extra filter sets.
-Moen Faucet
-Nice big 18x16x9 Stainless Sink
-16 Gallon Grey water tank with electric ball valve drain

Woodworking/Build
-The counter tops are Ambrosia Maple that I did multiple coats of penetrating epoxy because the Ambrosia Maple can be soft in the sap wood parts. Then coated them with Odies Oil.
-Walls/Ceiling are Tongue & Groove Cedar
-BackSplash is real slate tiles left over from a job I did. I glued them with Loctite PL3 onto a piece of roughly sand 1/2' plywood I also used no grout for no cracking.
-Laguna Table is black walnut also coated with penetrating epoxy (since I had it and it completely seals the wood) then followed with Odies Oil.
-Cabinetry is cabinet grade maple plywood all edge banded and coated with Odies Oil. With Peruvian Walnut Pulls.
-Almost every part of framing I used was plywood since there is no movement with climate change and I could easily custom sized square straight pieces. Mostly all Kreg screwed together with Titebond 3.
-The Entire Van with a full water tank and gas tank weighs 7500lbs which I think is pretty good given the amount of hardwoods I used.

Appliances:
-Dometic Stove/Oven. Fueled by a 20lb propane tank under it in a sealed and vented box. Tank has a solenoid valve with switch next to stove.
-Fridge/Freezer is a IceCo 68qt dual zone.
-MaxxAir Fan
-6 Led Lights on a dimmer
-2 Led bars in garage area
-Diesel Heater Under Passenger Seat
-Composting Toilet under Bench seat
-Pull out Shower Under bench as well
-Bed is custom cut High Density Foam, It has full size sheets on it and a full size mattress would fit. I did the foam because I wanted the head room and like a firm mattress.

Alright Now onto The Sprinter
-Like I said this van was owned by Mercedes as a parts runner. I have about 20 screenshots of the CarFax service records of it being meticulously maintained.
-I did a pretty comprehensive preventive maintenance overhaul when I was doing the build almost everything I replaced was in working order but I figured I would replace now and keep the working old part as a spare.

Parts I replaced:
-150amp Bosch Alternator from europarts-sd
-Every part of the cooling system replaced other than the radiator from MMS
-Filled with Mercedes Blue coolant
-Belt, Tensioner, Idler pulley, and Harmonic Balancer Replaced MMS
-A couple different fuel hoses and took the High Pressure pump off and tightened the back bolts
-Durracell AGM battery
-Ground Strap
-Nauta-Box Scanner and Autel ap200 code reader
-Turbo hoses replaced
-Fuel filter, air filter, Trans fluid/filter replaced
-Aluminum Turbo Resonator
-Brake Light Switch Replaced
-Differential Pinion and Carrier Bearings Replaced
-New Brake Pads and Rotors, Brake Fluid Changed
-Zero Black Death
-No Rust, and treated with Fluid Film (non toxic sheep wools oil to stop rust)
-New Windshield
-Wiring Harness Replaced By Mercedes
-New Glow plugs
-I think Im forgetting some stuff but that's the majority

Custom Van Stuff:
-Fully Functioning and sealed Snorkel
-Custom Made Spare Tire mount and Accessory Mounting on passenger door.
-Custom Fuel filter and Water Separator copied by MidwestDrifters one
-LED Cowl mount lights
-245/75 R-16 Cooper Discoverer AT3 LT Tires on Stock Steel Rims Full size Spare

I will be posting more pictures when I get some time to clean the van out I just took a trip up to Michigan to ski. Mileage will go up slightly I still drive it around once in a while. Price is negotiable, Any Questions Private Message me, This is one BADA** Machine and would love for it to go to someone that is going to use it to the fullest!
