The 4x4 conversion is super easy on Ford trucks because everything bolts right on. It's nothing like a van conversion.

Ive often wondered about that. I have an E350 4x4 that was converted by Advanced Four Wheel.

So yea, do you just find the donor vehicle like a 4x4 F350 and up and swap the parts on?

Yep aside from the spring mounts on the frame which you can get new. I didn't go into great detail but there's more info about it in my "Home Depot...." build thread (link below). I should note that I swapped a 2008 so I'm not sure if this is the case for older or newer models.

This is being sold by the guy in SD that gets these campers, and has Halcon racing in baja do the modifications- Halcon is the new name for Crow
