i though i had it up here i basiclly made 2 inch spacers to go on top of the shocks and that gave me the lift. Its pretty simple to make the hardest part. Is installing the rear spacer its really a headach and half.
I don't see any issue in lifting the CRV like you have and adding bigger tires. Now if you start planning a SAS or SOA swap, then you're defeating the purpose.
I have thought of picking up a cheap 1st gen for long road trips where gas is a bigger burden.
Sas or soa never am planning on a 4th or 5th gen 4runner in the future. 1st gen crv are nice beaters to have around. Better then 2gen crv. Am more carefull with mine lol.
