Rear Bumper?

Anyone have an idea on what type of rear bumper/tire carrier we are looking at.

what an Mberg 500 cruiser? a boat? gun?

The Mossberg 500 Cruiser is a family of shotguns with either a 12ga, 20ga, or .410 chamber in either 6 or 8 shot magazine capacity, a 20in or 18.5in barrel (cylinder bore choke), and a synthetic pistol grip stock. I think the 8 shot magazine was only available with the 12ga. and a 20in barrel. I think these are the same shotgun in the "Just In Case" line which includes a watertight/airtight tube - sort of innocuous looking unless you know what's inside.
