It does have shore hookup. It’s 110, not sure if it’s 30amp.

If it plugs into a normal outlet it probably isn't 30 amp. 30 amp RV plugs look something like this: 30 amp plug

It is not that. You can use a standard 110 extension cord to plug it in.
