This is a 2006 Land Rover LR3 SE that has been built for overland travel. I first purchased the vehicle in 2021 and have put just about 50k miles on it. It's been across the country several times and all over the southwest. In my nearly five years of ownership it's never let me down: it's pulled sedans out of snow banks at ski resorts, rescued Subarus in Colorado, and taken me to some of the most gorgeous, off grid camping spots in New Mexico. This vehicle has been my daily driver for most of my ownership of it and has repeatedly proven its mettle off road and through multiple blizzards. The truck wears its age as a badge of pride--the paint and clear coat show the signs of years under the harsh New Mexico sun and desert pin striping from many adventures, but mechanically it's been well looked after. All service records will be included with the sale. Here's a quick rundown of all the essentials:

As with any older vehicle, it's important to note the things that are aging well and the things that will require attention soon or are a notable departure from how the car should be operating. In the spirit of radical honesty, I've separated these notes into three categories:
The vehicle is located in Los Alamos, NM and I'm asking $8500, though I will entertain reasonable offers. I'm happy to answer questions in the thread.

| The Good | The "Meh" | The Bad | |||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|

| The batteries in the aftermarket key fobs are dying and will likely need to be replaced. |
| |||
| The transmission is not as silky smooth as it once was and can sometimes "klunk" when coming to a stop. I suspect installing a Zip Kit would remedy this issue. |

|
| The dash is cracking above the passenger airbag. | |||
