I'm going to assume you're looking at the V-6 model..... I traded my 06 V-6 TRD Prerunner in on a 2011 FJ in March.....
1. NO timing belt, chain drive for all 4 cams
2. At 100K have the tranny serviced if it's an automatic. Scan tool and special fluid req'd
3. Hope that the previous owner had the rear springs replaced under warrenty as per the TSB. The truck will bottom the suspension on a grocery run stock. replacement springs have 4 leaves vs 3 on the stockers
4. The limited slip rear diff is much stronger than the E-Locker diff
5. Spark Plugs are due every 30K. Very easy to do, 45mins the first time 20 mins the 2nd
