I’ve owned a few Sportsmobiles and designed this to be better quality than theirs in every way. I’d say we did it!

Any comments about price — please consider that the only things on this van that are not custom in some way are the engine, driver seats, and the cup holders :)

Is there a bed both in the popup and the lower area? Bed dimensions opened please. No stove, propane, etc.? Also, average gas mileage please. Did you insulate the interior and engine cover while building the vehicle?

Absolutely beautiful!

Thanks @WU7X !

As of now there is not a top bed platform, but I could source one relatively quickly if need be. Lower bed dimension is about 77”L x 40”W

No propane, but an AC induction cooktop is included that runs off of the inverter. I’ve only ever used my cook partner outside of the van.

It averages 11mpg loaded on rolling highway at 70.

To my memory there was no Kilmat added to the engine doghouse, but the entire van body was insulated using a combination of Kilmat, 3M Thinsulate, and insulating foam panels.
This is hands down the quietest E series I have owned and driven.

These are all great questions so I’m replying publicly, but don’t hesitate to reach out over personal message.

Cheers!
