This seems like a good deal. I have the same setup only mine is a short bed and my swing gate is a different manufacture.

This same truck (2007) is selling in my region (Northwest) for around 23K stock.

Good choices on parts.

How many New England winters has the truck seen?

You may want to put the price in the title line so it shows in the list of vehicles - that is a good price that may draw more lookers.
