2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited

I’m selling my 2008 Rubicon. I am the original owner, I purchased the Jeep new in 2008. The wrangler is red, with a color matched Ursa Minor camper replacement. If desired, the original hard top comes with the purchase. This Wrangler is a tactful, thoughtfully outfitted and balanced vehicle for any type of overland adventure. One of the best 4 wheel drive systems in the industry. Includes center, front and rear locking differential.

Drivetrain Modifications

The Jeep is re-geared to run 35” tire. Upgraded suspension for +800lbs front and +800lbs rear with OME springs, and Bilstein remote reservoir shocks. Drive train upgrades includes cro-moly axles all around, terraflex front axle housing, 5.11 ratio differential gears. Steering strut replaced with OME. U-joints & brakes were replaced about 40k miles ago. Knuckles were removed and coated red. ARB modular cast iron differential covers front and rear. 35” BFG tires with about 20k miles.

Other Modifications

Front Mopar front Bumper with Warn 9.5 Ti winch, with synthetic winch line. Includes rear AEV water reservoir bumper, with tire carrier and fuel caddy. Installed steel shelf in rear for gear storage. Rear tailgate kitchen shelf installed. Android powered navigation installed. Dual battery system - duals battery tray and Blue Sea ACR battery switch. Custom fiberglass fenders run high and wide to accommodate large tires.

Overall Condition

The body is straight and the paint is in good shape. Minimal rust on drivetrain components. Interior is clean, seats have no tears. Replaced stock with 2013 leatherette Jeep seats. All carpet in good shape. Engine is completely stock. No engine issues or CEL. Clean registration.

Roof Top Sleeping

Included with the Jeep is an early Ursa Minor conversion, painted red to match the Jeep color, and white top. Original Jeep hard top is included with purchase if desired.

Wheels and Tires

Jeep comes with custom Centerline aluminum wheels. The wheels are one off ordered direct from Centerline - only set like it. Wheels powder coated white. 35” BFG KO2 tires.

Hi Folks, I missed a couple key bits!

@elwyn.evans - There are about 121K miles on the odometer. As mentioned… The Jeep was not used as a commuter vehicle. Miles are adventure miles. I was also not a rock crawler, I used this Jeep as an overland adventure vehicle. I live close the Rubicon trail, but have never been on it.

@zephyrj - This is a 6 speed manual with a new clutch.
