This is a very well cared for modified "bug-out" 2010 Nissan Xterra off-road vehicle with 6 speed manual transmission which is rare for this model . I have spent many laborious months modifying this beauty over the years. Top has been installed with 2 solar panels (150 watts). Exterior outlet and multiple interior outlets installed for your electronic needs. Touch screen head unit installed, heated seats installed for the icy winters. This is a top end model which comes with 4x4, off road lamp and rear locking differential from the factory. To further modify this to a bug out vehicle, I replaced to Mechman alternator (regular one is 110 AMP) which produce 270amp at 1800 RPM (see pic. Mechman certified) which produce over 3000w. At 800RPM, this alternator produce 166 amp (certified by mechman). To use this power, all of the wire cables were upgraded to 0 gauge pure copper wires and breakers for two inverters, pure sine 400W inverter and pure sine 3000W (xantrex prowatt: retail like $400). So you can use this truck as portable power bank. Personally, I used power tools like grinders and hummer drills etc, and it worked very well. I also installed 95mah AGM (Front) and 225mah agm deep cycle battery (back) in truck. So this truck has a dual battery system with bluesea isolator. The current alternator can easily charge both batteries without any issues. I also installed blue sea sub fuse box so you can add to another electric stuffs to the fuse box too. The installed 150w solar panels can charge both batteries without any problems! Charging status and battery capacity can be monitored by the victron system via phone app (see pics). Pioneer 8400nex is also installed so you can WIRELESSLY connect to your phone and can use waze, google map, message etc. It is very convenient. The overall condition is really good. Some small cosmetic chip here and there, but not major, and not very noticeable. I maintained my xterra very very well. Seats have been covered since I bought this car so it is pristine condition. I installed heated seat also. The reason I am selling is that I decided I need a different type of vehicle for different needs. If I didn't need the money for this truck, I'd definitely be keeping this vehicle because I love it very much. This truck is a daily drive so mileage will slowly go up. Let me know if you have questions. Upon potential purchase , I would be willing to go over everything and show how it all works. Thanks

There are some minor tips at front fender.

Full synthetic oil replaced every 3k-5k

transfer case fluid, rear differential fluid, front differential fluid, manual transmission fluid, coolant were replaced at 90000 miles

Rear differential fluid was replaced at 120000 miles again

front and rear shock absorber was replaced at 100000 miles

All of break pads were replaced at 120000 miles

I just did 2000 miles trip within three days and there were no issues at all. Run and accelerate very well.

There was no slipping clutch

I wash under my car once a week in winter.

Overall condition of inside and outside are pretty clean and mint condition

Reason selling:

I did all of these mods, but I have never used this truck for off-load at all because off-load area is far away from my living area. I also want to upgrade to truck instead because truck is more versatile for my current situation. I also spare parts for rear bumper, center console, roof basket, mirror etc to bring back to original condition. Price is $15500 or OBO
