This is a *somewhat* rare Sprinter build that is set up to safely transport and sleep a family of up to 4 people (2 of those people being smaller kids).

This Sprinter spent most of its life in Colorado and only a couple of years in Michigan where it wasn't used in the winter. The underbody is in beautiful shape with zero rust.

It runs and drives perfectly.

It has been meticulously maintained throughout it's life - it will come with a whole folder of service records.

Since we’ve owned it:
-NEW ENGINE ($14,000+) installed in Nov, 2020 by an Authorized Mercedes Service Center. Engine has approx 13,000 miles on it. Engine is under warranty until Nov 30, 2023 or 36,000 miles.
-Oil changed by Authorized Service Center May 2022 (first oil change on the new engine)
-Emissions systems upgrade installed July 2021
-New alternator installed Dec 2021
-Shifter module replaced Aug 2020

Van Features:
-300 Watts Solar
-1000 watt inverter
-Renogy EXP200 200 amp hour lead acid battery
-Renogy BT-1 bluetooth battery/power monitor
-Diesel heater - works good!
-25 gallon fresh water tank with inline water filter
-25 gallon grey water tank
-Butcher block countertops
-Custom modified original Mercedes 2 person rear bench with car seat attachments
-Ruvati stainless sink with soap dispenser and removable strainer
-Pioneer ACH-2300NEX double din unit with installed backup camera
-"Downstairs" bedroom is great for one person or two smaller kids
-If wanted can include custom fitted crib (connects to front seats when swiveled around)
-Upstairs bed is approx “full size” with memory foam topper. Sleeps 2 adults comfortably
-Side awning with manual attachments included
-Sumo springs installed in the rear - makes a huge difference in handling
-About 18-19 mpg
-On demand water heater provides hot water for shower and stove. Heater is currently broken and needs replacement
-Thetford Porta Potti
-Maxxair deluxe fan
-Auxiliary radio bypass switch - turn on/off radio without having to use ignition
-Amp under driver seat and subwoofer
-Propane tank under sink
-Quest Overland custom insulated window coverings for every window in the van
-Custom made privacy curtain provides privacy for area behind front seats
-BF Goodrich All Terrain Tires with lots of life left
-Propane connection for camp stove is behind counter top (stove included)

-TONS of storage (large garage, storage cubbies inside of garage, drawers near downstairs bedroom, large clothing/gear storage bins by upstairs bed, plenty of food storage in overhead pantry, 3 drawers of kitchen storage for cutlery, pots/pans, etc, large storage area above front seats, storage cubbies by side sliding door)
-Installed tow hitch
-This van is 2WD

The body has 222K+ miles on it and it's not in perfect shape - a few minor dents and dings but nothing major.

Can you show the sleep set up for the two other people? I am guessing it's where the seats are? And approx size of the downstairs sleep area

Is it hard to find parts due to it being so rare?

I should be more clear. The downstairs sleep area works great for 2 small kids. As a family of 4, we would sleep the 2 adults in the upper bed and 2 in the lower bed. There is a crib that does attach to the front seats (when they are swiveled around. I will get you the dimensions of the downstairs sleep area. Here's a better view of the downstairs sleep area.
