Awesome Dobie. Looks just like my old girl named Shakka. Unfortunately no longer with us.
Love the truck. I got CBI and ARB bumpers too. I also got the BAMF rock sliders bolt on. After drilling 8 holes for 2 days through sometimes 2 layers of frame, I wish I would have gone with the welded too!

Show me some more pics of the back cab storage please.

Thanks! I agree Dobie personalities are the best. I had a training collar for Shakka too. Plus protection training. Great guard dogs. Smart as hell.
Did you show us your back cab write up yet? I will keep looking. I took the seats out too just trying to find some storage ideas. I got the fridge in the back on slider drawers. I am hoping tuffy products makes a long gun storage box for the cab under seats area soon.

I rerouted my backup camera to inside of my hitch receiver. It's protected and can be easily removed if needed. Good view too!

Great truck! I look forward to checking it out in person if we have another meet up or trail session.

Saw that you had the OME lift for a while before you added the UCAs. Did you have alignment problems before the UCAs? Have lift springs in hand, but I use the 4Runner for highway travel for work too, and want to be sure i can get back to factory spec on the alignment. Trying to see if i should pick up UCAs before I install the lift.

Thanks! We added the UCAs in order to get closer to the factory alignment. I definitely recommend them. We noticed that the truck drove a lot better with the Icon UCAs.

BTW, We have been very busy and I plan on adding some updates to the truck build soon :victory:

Project update!

Much needed update!!

A few months ago, we managed to get our hands on an AT Flippac. Expo member cctacoma is the original owner and was extremely helpful in coordinating the effort to get it to NC from AZ. Also, BIG thanks to Martyn from Adventure Trailers for using his expertise in properly preparing it for shipment. Inside, we were able to keep our drawer setup but we also added an Alu-Cab drop slide and just recently did an incorporated water setup (pics soon once some changes are made). We also added an Eezi Awn awning and a 100w solar panel. All in all, we are extremely happy how it turned out!

Here are a few pics but we usually post our pics on instagram @Oldieoverland so check us out on IG for more frequent updates!
