Hey! I met you at Overland East, talking to you about your Little Guy trailer! I'm over in Ormond Beach. Why are you selling this? Building something new?

This a SUPER deal on your Jeep too!

Thank, Ben Hedrick

Ben,

Yep, I really enjoyed talking to you. Your stuff is well known, and when I told a few guys we chatted they geeked out!

Saw that you looked at that XV-JP. Super cool.

We are looking at going on the road, maybe full time. As much as I love the Rubi, (my fifth Jeep, if we count the Willy's PU)...
Our Teardrop is way cool, but only 4 wide. We were thinking of going SoCal or Moby1.
Cost of JKUR, gear, and an upgraded teardrop is high for, what you get and is too much stuff.
If we go out of country, we are not into having to worry about dropping the trailer somewhere.
At 6'2, the JKU platform does not lend itself to self contained travel (unless we go XV-JP!) and even the flip-pac type does not give a lot of space for storage.
So we are going a self contained route with a Defender110. Dual sleeping options, RTT or folding bed/storage system inside.

East Coast Defender in Kissimmee is starting on the project, will do a proper build thread with them once we start wrenching. For now, see:

Any advice or input from you would be welcome. And we still have the Sahara

Mileage is at 11,680 today.
In service mileage was 2,700.
So about 27,000 miles left on Warranty, as was pro-rated.
I have all original paperwork to back this up.
Car was demo when I got it.
