@WarrZone14 Im really struggling/procrastinating on that. I kinda want to do 1/8” birch ply (sealed with polyurethane) on the sides. I have L track waiting to get installed on the outsides on the camper. So I’ll use a combination of the l track hardware and rivnuts.

23zero peregrine 180R installed! Definitely followed the rule of measure 900 times, drill once. Cut some 2” x 3/8” aluminum bar for spacers off the camper wall. Needed to bump it out a smidge to clear the camper clasps. It fits, but just barely! And no job is complete without a victory beer.

And since I pulled the band aid off of drilling holes in the camper Yesterday... Installed a pair of rigid flood pods.

L track mounted on outside today. With this coronavirus stuff I’m gonna run out of projects really fast!

Length of each is 46”. Pushed them all the way forward so when stuff is mounted I can still latch the barn doors. Had to chop away a bit of my insulation. Glad it’s all just taped up and didn’t use spray adhesive.

Got some polymat up to cover the insulation. Also started working on my electrical center under the cabinet bench deal. Waiting on some more connectors and the group 31 battery to finish.

Ben in a holding pattern waiting on parts. Got my group 31 battery in yesterday. Ordered 170w panel and a controller. Extrusions to finish out the left side bench should be here Thursday!

Finally some updates. Been hammering away the last several days. Dual battery system completed. Solar completed. All wiring in the back completed. And the left side bench is completed!

Got my rotopax mounted this morning and went to get some quarantine mall crawler glamour shots. Also got my goal zero lights in. Didn’t want fixed lights in there. Attached a bunch of nylon webbing loops that I can clip into.

Ran the truck across the scales today. Only missing weight is my wife, our personal clothing and food. 140 lbs under our GVWR of 7200#. Think that’s pretty good. So I’m thinking all up for a journey we’ll be maybe 100 over.

230# under front GAWR
And 610# under rear GAWR

I also have E rated tires, upgraded rear leaves and air bags. With 5 psi in the bags its maybe squatting an inch in the rear.

A custom Alcan leaf pack would be a nice upgrade in the future.

While not really light by any means. Makes me think about what these numbers would be with a FWC. Just a raven shell is over 800lbs. That’s no solar, fridge, awning, fuel cans, and my spare would be hanging on a steel rear swing out.

6” BDS with cognito upper arms. Lift leaves in the back instead of blocks. Running 18s with 35x12.50

Great setup. Any closeup pics or more info on you mounted the rotopax to the L track? Looks like its just standard l track right?

There’s pics of how I mounted the tracks further back in the thread. But yes it’s just standard L track. Then used l track stud fittings to attach to 1/8” x 2” aluminum bar. It was kinda weird getting em lined up since the L track holes are 17” on center and the rotopax are 17 3/4”. They’re a bit crooked and I could trim the aluminum bars a bit but I have bigger projects to deal with.
