wonder if it will get the refresh like the 4Runner? which is growing on me.

thought they were discontinuing the regular cab? (i see pricing for it in the article)

shoot, I would be happy with the 25 year old design LC70. Heck, I am still fairly happy with my 1st gen Taco.

It's not a refresh. Toyota refreshed the Tacoma in 2012, they won't do another one until the 3rd gen is released.

The refresh they talk about is a new model that's below the TRD Sport but with colour matched knobs and handles.

We will probably wait until 2015 or 2016 before we see a new body with a new engine.

2014 is the 10th model year for the 2nd gen Taco, first gen ran 10 model years so my guess is that 2015 is when we'll see the 3rd gen.

Wow, 10 years is a pretty good run.

The new Colorado will be a 2015 model, and there has been plenty of news and chat about it. No word of a new Taco though.

BTW, the Colorado ran for 9 model years, 2004 - 2012.

agree with you there, manny t-case out of the FJ Cruiser would be nice too.
