Hey everyone!

First off just a little bit about me....I've been in the Air Force for 16 years and am currently stationed in the Florida panhandle. My wife and I will likely be getting orders sometime next year so we are gonna keep enjoying all that Florida has to offer! We are expecting towards the end of November so now is the time to mod the hell outta my truck.

The truck is a 2015 Ram 2500 6.7 Laramie/CCSB and is not my first Ram product, but my first HD/Diesel. The main purpose was to get into a crew cab since we did want to have kids and also to pull my 27 foot travel trailer. The half tons I had before would do the job, its just much more comfortable in a 3/4 ton. I bought the truck last year in April time frame and it had about 47,000 miles on it. We have put quite a bit of miles on it from driving to many different campsites in the past year so she is sitting at 63,000 now. The original plan was just a basic street build (hence the 20x10s) but Im starting to change the direction of the build. Purpose for the truck will be to haul the camper/daily driver for me/and overall exploring vehicle. Listed below are the mods I have and what I have ordered as well as my future plans. Looking forward to getting more involved in this lifestyle and checking out what everyone else has done!

Current Mods:

Suspension - 2.5 Synergy coil leveling kit w/ synergy tuned fox 2.0 shocks
Thuren Front Sway Bar
Airlift 5500 Plus bags w/ airlift wireless one compressor

Engine/Performance - EZLynk tuned/Canadian company w/ SOTF ability
4 Inch Exhaust w/muffler
AlfaOBD app for TPMS reset among other things

Wheels/Tires - 20x10 Fuel Vandals -18 offset
35x12.50 Toyo AT2 Extreme

Exterior/Lighting - Color matched rear bumper and front grille surround
OEM Factory sport LED taillights
Raptor UPOL Spray in bedliner
Baja Designs Foglight kit w/ Squadron Pros
NFAB side steps

Delivered/Awaiting Install:

Thuren Rear Track Bar
Synergy Drag link
Synergy Steering Box Brace
Daystar Craddles for rear air bags
Undercover Armor Flex tonneau cover

Future mods:

2.75/1 Inch Thuren Kit w/ fox resi shocks
Synergy Tie Rod
Thuren Front Track Bar
17s w/ 37s (maybe...)
Gears (if going to 37s)
Amp research side steps
S&B 50 plus gallon factory tank replacement
On-board air (not sure of brand yet)
Retrofit different projects with a 50w HID kit for better lighting!
AEV Front bumper or color matched bumper

Anyways here are some pictures of the progress so far, not a ton of install pics but I will get better with that with future parts

Day that I brought it home!

Time for some more upgrades.........rear track bar first. I haven;t had a chance to tow the camper with it yet, but it seemed to firm up the rear after a quick drive around. It should shine once I get hooked up to the camper though. Install was pretty simple, just make sure you have some sharp drill bits cause the rear bracket is pretty thick. I didn't remove and tires (including the spare) or jack anything up and I had it done in a couple hours (which included reinstalling the factory bar to drive to the store for a new 1/2 drill bit ?)

Nice build. Glad you’re planning on going to 17” rims (y)
Crew cab will be nice with the kid. Even if just one for now. You won’t believe how much stuff you need to bring for the kid(s). When we head out, it’s typically 10% my stuff, 15% my wife, and rest is the kids’!!

Thanks! Yea a smaller, better offset wheel will make a huge difference when I make the jump to 37s. Just gotta let the initial sting of these wheels and tires wear off before the wife can stomach another set!

Plus there is plenty I can get done in the meantime to prep for the new wheels and tires :)
