Finally did it and got the stock grid heater death bolts out of there. Banks had their huge sale, so I did the whole intake horn. Took me about 6 hours. I will say, their instructions are next level! I was a little intimidated to disconnect all the fuel lines and all that, but it wasn’t too bad. In the end, I just forgot to tighten down one fuel line (it was easy to see…) and the EGR cross over clamps weren’t tight enough. Both other than those mistakes on my part, it wasn’t bad.

Gross, these things were caked, that soot came pouring out.
And done! Looks better. Not tons of performance gain that I can tell yet, but hopefully I’ll see some better mileage. And no more death nuts
