Bump. Need to move this as we have some new plans that involve a bigger trailer. Make me an offer and lets get to talking!

I have a few questions for you.

Does it have the in floor storage?
How much cooler will the AC unit bring the interior down from outside? For example, an A/C unit could only go 30 degrees cooler than outside. If it was 110F outside, best it could do was 80F inside.
What is the tongue weight? 225lbs is stock.
Is everything keyed the same, if not how many keys needed?
Do all the locks work?
Any past or current leaks?
What size tires does it currently have?
Do the interior 110v outlets only work when connected to shore power/generator?
Does the AC unit only work when connected to shore power/generator?
Does it plug in to standard 120v or is it a 30 amp connection?
What battery does it have currently and how old is it?

Would like to see a few more photos:

What the back looks like all closed up ready to roll.
What the interior front looks like, including a photo of the heat/AC vents/controls and the unit itself.
Any high wear/friction areas (drawer bottoms, etc).
The additional cabinetry you mentioned you installed.

Thanks!

I don't know as far as hot weather, but I've had it in 0-5 degree weather and it could maintain 55-60 inside the trailer.
What is the tongue weight? 225lbs is stock. I'm not sure, never weighed it as it doesn't affect my wife's Grand Cherokee or my truck.
Is everything keyed the same, if not how many keys needed? It needs 3 keys. One for the doors, rear hatch, and cage, one for the locking cabinets, and one for the hot water heater.
Do all the locks work? Yes
Any past or current leaks? None.
What size tires does it currently have? 255/75R17 Best I can remember
Do the interior 110v outlets only work when connected to shore power/generator? Yes

Does it plug in to standard 120v or is it a 30 amp connection? Standard 120v
What battery does it have currently and how old is it? Can't remember off hand, but I want to say they are at most 2 years old.

What the back looks like all closed up ready to roll. I'll try and get pics for you.
What the interior front looks like, including a photo of the heat/AC vents/controls and the unit itself. It's a Climateright AC/Heat unit, 5000btu unit from what I remember. Has a remote control for controlling the unit, vents are standard from So-Cal with a sealed stainless outside cover, and threaded ports that seal off the ac ports.
Any high wear/friction areas (drawer bottoms, etc). Trailer basically looks new, there aren't any high wear/friction areas that I can think of. It has a small ding in the hatch from previous owner closing the tire carrier with the sink flipped down, and a minor ding in the trim on the hatch. The front tool box has a couple of dings from previous owner but works and seals fine.
The additional cabinetry you mentioned you installed. I installed the flipper doors and dividing door on the pass through to make these actual storage spaces/cabinets instead of just shelving

Thanks!
