Seems to be fine, although I've noticed if the jeep sits more than a day or two, the main battery shows low voltage for a while at startup....like instead of 14.6ish where it normally resides, the Genesis g monitor shows it at 11.4-5ish....
that's after just 2 days off. I'm thinking something is drawing power somewhere...

Clayton rear long arms done...good pics below, but fronts need to get welded up and on, skids need to get painted, both bumpers put on, winch set up, run the locker lines, wire up the compressor, crossmember welded up, lighting harnesses made...etc...etc...
We'll be busy for a bit yet over here!
...And a new steering stabilizer....

Wish you weren't all the way across the country, or I'd be talking to you about those dif covers. Guessing they will go quick for you.
Was looking at the mandrel bent dog leg in the upper rear control arms. I have to do a similar bend for the front uppers on the Scout, and it would be easier to order the tubes already bent. May have to give Clayton a call. Seriously considered their kit for the WJ, before selling it and getting the JK. They make nice stuff.

All righty then! Been a bit busy, but its time to get this thing wrapped up for actual TRIPS in it!
Big thanks (Again) to Brian, Matt and Chris at BDR Automotive for helping me to wipe out the remainder of this build.
Done since we last "talked":
1) Welded in the new Clayton heavy duty crossmember
2) Installed the Clayton front arms...
3) Changed diff fluid out at 500 mi.....Blew an axle seal
4) Finally got the Speaker LED's in....
5) Ran the air lines to the lockers, installed the compressor manifold and relays etc in the engine bay...(No pics)
6) FINALLY got the Expedition One rear bumper on! (Front custom E1 bumper, Warn Zeon Platinum 12-S winch/Masterpull 12k synthetic/Factor55 thimble combo and buttoning up the locker electrics in the cab on Monday...)

They are IN! Now to aim them properly tonight. I did install the horizontal adjustment screws as well. Going to use Daniel Sterns nice write up here:

Just wired in the Baja Designs Squadron XL-R's. Whoa. For just how crazy bright these things are, In the first pic...with the front of the Jeep, the Speaker Evo 2s are on the high beams....
Then it's lows, high beams and then highs and the BD XLRs....

Loving the new Torque app for my tab. Wish I could get the Trans temp to display properly...and an engine oil temp, but all told, very nice addition. 24k topos added, some different on/off road capable gps route finding gps apps, my Camranger and The Photographers Emeritus too. Just about ready to go explore outback New England!
