Semi-Hex
Enfant Terrible
Complete rewrite.
My better 3/4ths and I really had a few seasons enjoying this rig. We were able to choose features that we really wanted for our type of lifestyle. Six weeks boondocking in Grand Staircase, so far off the beaten path, we could barely see anyone drive by or several weeks exploring South of Joshua Tree in the Orocopia mountains.
Enter knee replacement surgery. My better 3/4ers needed some serious surgery, this meant no kneeling, crawling or squatting for the next three years.
We regret, we have to sell it. The asking price should reflect that. This rigs comes with some cool features:
Some notable ones:
Swing out kitchen prep area
Remote controlled outside lighting
Oversized storage bin
Solar panel, controller and battery
Propex heater
Road Shower
Main trailer
Steel frame
XS (offroad)
Body length 120"
Overall length 189"
Cabin Width 59"
Overall Height 71"
Bed Size 4" x 59" x 88"
Galley Counter Height 46" (30" Tires)
Galley Hatch/Open Height 84" (30" Tires)
Frame/Ground Clearance 20" (30" Tires)
Tongue/Dry Weight ~225 lbs
Trailer Dry Weight 1400 lbs
Wheels are Toyota tire size 265 70 17
Other things
30 gallon water tank with pump
Hidden compartment under bed
Mattress topper
Dometic fridge
Inverter for 110v in galley area for our Instapot.
Partner Steel cooktop
Mac tie down rails under bed.
Some tarp covers for shade.
Rear hitch for bikes or etc.
Full disclosure, rear hatch is very hard to latch. With swing out kitchen, it hasn't been an issue for us.
Rack is made with copper. I'm a steampunk nut.
