Its the sport hood for the 2023+ models. I love the snorkel, helps the intake a ton with all the dusty ass trails we do. The install was a lot though!

Hmmmm I may have to pick this up. I really, really like the look of this. I think I am going to try to pull the trigger on snorkel if the shop can accommodate. Is the mushroom thing the prefilter?

Also looks like Mainline can adjust still so going with White Knuckle Offroad sliders instead of the AMP steps & getting the AEV snorkel with the prefilter

Starting to debate about updating my suspension from the Thuren 2.0 to the Thuren 2.5 DSC's alongside their rear coils (and maybe shim?) now that I'm not towing as much.

Also obligatory beach pic:

Alright, alright - I talked with the guys at Thuren, and that's what I'm going to update when I drop the truck off at Mainline.

- Fox 2.5 DSC's all the way around
- 1.5" Thuren spring up front
- their new dual rate rear spring with HSK
- welding that shock mount

Separately when it gets home, I'm going to install the Fox ATS steering stabilizer and maybe the CJC rear shock protection.

At some point I need to finish up this Matt Gecko lighting too and while on my trip, I snapped the crossbar on the awning so I had to order a replacement and will need to change that as well.

Well what an insane past 48 hours....

Long story short the truck was stolen. Fortunately, I had car GPS and could track it down with the police, but it had already had everything in the interior stolen & they had broken the head unit trying to rip it out.

I was supposed to leave Saturday to drop the truck off at Mainline & woke up to that... which was frustrating to say the least.

Now I'm trying to figure out how they could steal it... they shattered the passenger window and drove off... which seems unfathomable to me. Looking like a killswitch is necessary on my todo list.

That sucks, hope you don't get screwed by your insurance.
That is the hope, but expecting the worst. I now am looking at what to solve here for security. Apparently, this is very common with Ram/Chrysler/Jeeps to be able to steal so that sucks. Looks like most of the TRX crew is using Igla or Ravelco

Yeah to be honest, I'm still just trying to wrap my head around this. I feel like if it's that easy to steal a Ram, something is fundamentally wrong with the security of the platform.

wow I am so sorry to hear that. Makes me concerned as mine doesn't fit into my garage so it's in the driveway. hoping for the best possible outcome for you w/insurance and rebuild.

Yeah I'm decently concerned to be honest. We live in the city with street parking, so I feel like we're going to be targeted again. It looks like insurance is going to cover everything (home insurance stolen stuff, car insurance for all the stuff they broke).

I'm looking at the IGLA system currently, which forces a passcode to drive the car away. Looks like it fits the bill but very annoying to have to put in a code everything I hop in the truck.

Some better pics from Mainline. With the new suspension, now I'm itching for 37s. White knuckle also couldn't come in time, so I'll have to install that back at the house.

Random but anyone have recommendations for a black fairlead - that silver is bothering me. I'll probably also swap out the hook too. I also need to add a bit of air to the rear to level it out some.

Lastly I did end up getting the IGLA system installed - kinda annoying, but it'll ensure it's definitely not stolen in the future. For those not familiar you have to hit a sequence of buttons of your choosing in a certain cadence.
