I'm gonna side with @OOlson (OP) on this for re-listing. The first thread snowballed and drifted from a for sale ad to some of us (me included) contributing to a derail. Feel free to read the original post, but maybe we can keep this one focused on just the vehicle and additional questions for OP?

Price Reduced to $345,000. The house has just been completely gone through by Earthcruiser in Bend Oregon, and the chassis by Freightliner. Everything is in like new condition.
