4x4 conversion done by Tim Dahle Nissan in Salt Lake City. Conversion was done when van was brand new. This 4x4 conversion uses Nissan Titan XD parts making this basically just a Nissan Titan XD with a van body.

Numerous top quality accessories on the exterior including:
  • Avatar roof rack, and bumpers. Super strong racks bumpers!
  • 12K Warn winch integrated into front bumper. It’s been tested in battle and it pulls heavy stuff.
  • 3 inch suspension lift
  • Method wheels with 35” KO3 tires, including a full size spare on rear bumper. Also has a factory spare under the rear for a total of 2 spare tires.
  • Two side C.R. Lawrence side windows. This greatly enhances the visibility. They also open to work as vents and can even be open in light rain.
  • Flarespace side flares in the rear. This adds an extra 6” width to the rear making it possible to situate a bed width-wise which I did. Flarespace actually does not even make flares for these vans anymore, this is a rare feature.
  • MaxAir Ceiling fan, which the roof rack was custom made to fit. This fan ventilates the whole van while parked.
  • 150 watt solar panel on roof which keeps the house battery charged while parked. The system is setup so you can add more panels without needing any other hardware.

Additionally there are numerous expensive accessories for the interior:
  • Top quality Kenwood head unit with bright color display that does Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This is also wired on a switch so you can run the radio off the house battery while the van is parked.
  • Rearview camera/mirror/dashcam. You can’t see out the rear of this van, so a rear facing camera that replaces the rear view mirror has been added.
  • Espar Airtronic heater that is plumbed into the gas tank. This keeps the van interior toasty on freezing nights and it runs right off the main gas tank of the van. The Heater is installed under the passenger seat. You can even run the heater while the van is running. This is a very pricey heater than works at every altitude from sea level to over 10K feet, I’ve tested it on skiing trips. It’s been super reliable too.
  • Isotherm refrigerator. These are made for Yachts and run on 12V or 120V. This fridge is fully wired into the house electrical system and has been perfectly reliable. Has a small freezer area that makes ice. It will also run off shore power when plugged in.
  • 2 burner propane stove. This stove runs off a small 5lb propane container behind the driver seat. Getting the tank filled is easy because you can take it out and fill like any bbq tank.
  • Sink with soap dispenser and separate filtered drinking water spigot. 25 gallon over-the-wheel water tank that is bolt and strapped in.
  • Swivel seat on the passenger seat that allows sitting either front facing when driving, or rear facing when parked.
  • L-Track ceiling tracks for hanging stuff
  • Insulated floor, walls, and ceiling. Some spots like the rear doors need some insulation.
  • Full house electrical system. 200 Amp/hour battery. Renogy inverter which works fine but it is oversized at 3000 watts. It will run blenders and saws and really anything that plugs into a normal outlet.
  • Probably other stuff I am forgetting.
  • Potentially I can include a bunch of 8020 aluminum that you could use to build out your desired interior.
So here is the deal: I moved from Wyoming to Florida and this van just does not make any sense here in Florida. I toyed with the idea of keeping this van and setting it up better for Florida, but ultimately life is taking me in new directions where this van just does not fit. This van looks great from the outside and is setup to conquer some serious terrain. It comes with all the really expensive stuff for a van conversion.

This would be a great van for a mountain biker / rock climber / skier / etc. It will need some vision and work to make a great interior.

Happy to answer any questions and give video tours.

If you are buying from far away I can help with transportation. Van could be shipped or if you want to fly in and pick it up we can probably work that out too.

Standing height, lowest and highest?
The interior standing height is about 6'0" - 6'2" in the very center. I can stand comfortably in most of the van, with ski boots on, and I am 5'11". Note that I have 1.5" thick floor in too which is 1" insulation and 1/2" marine plywood.

Also, the vehicle is about 9'6" tall in the configuration pictured, with the roof rack and the bubble for the maxair fan. It will fit comfortably through a 10' garage door.

Man, you are about 6 months too late for me. This was exactly the type of rig I was looking for, when I bought our Savana.

I don't see it listed but which engine does it have?

V8 engine thanks for asking I forgot they even made V6 versions of these vans which would not be good for a 4x4. And yea sorry for the timing 🤣
